When and how do I pay?
Your choice: pay the full amount online by card when you book, or reserve now and pay cash when we pick you up.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you paid online, you get a full refund when you cancel any time before pickup — just message us on WhatsApp. If you chose cash at pickup, simply let us know.
What time and how long is it?
Pickup is every day at 16:00, timed for the sunset. The whole experience takes about 3 to 4 hours including transport.
Is it safe for beginners and kids?
Yes. Our guides give full instructions and gear, and it's safe for all ages. Children under 8 should be with an adult.
What should I bring or wear?
Light, breathable clothes, closed-toe shoes, sunglasses and sunscreen. Bring a camera or phone — the dunes are made for it.
Do you pick up from Agadir?
Yes — pickup from Agadir is €35 per person. From Taghazout and Tamraght it's €25 per person with free door pickup.
Is equipment included?
Everything is included — sandboards, pads and safety gear. Just bring yourself.
Where are the Timlalin dunes?
On the Atlantic coast north of Taghazout, past Tamri — coastal sand dunes where the desert meets the ocean.
Is mint tea included?
Mint tea and homemade cakes at sunset are included for groups of 6 or more.
